Higher Secondary Education has become highly dynamic in the 21st century. H.S Education is critical and it is the basis of Higher Education of different branches. All of us are very much aware that Higher education especially H.S. education has become highly competitive. But the system has become highly bureaucratic. Productivity of the system has gone down. Old value system has no social relevance today. There is a wide gap between old perception and new perception.
